It is of interest to me that Charlotte has her SMART APPLE WATCH on her wrist all the time. Perhaps she and other readers are not aware of the EMF,s constantly being emitted by these attractive but dangerous items. My recommendation is try for a week to be as far away at night as possible from anything that is electronic and see how much better you sleep.
