Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing Aha Halo at www.ahaharmony.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be in excellent condition with all parts, accessories, and original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund.

If your return is approved, the money will be refunded to your original payment method during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take about 5 – 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

Shipping and a restocking fee of 15% of the item price (item price does not include shipping costs) are not refundable, which will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping
You will be responsible for return shipping fees and customs, which are nonrefundable as well.

It is strongly suggested to purchase insurance on the return shipment. If the package is damaged during the shipping process, you will not be eligible for a refund. It is also suggested to get tracking and shipping confirmation when returning a product to ensure Aha receives the package. Aha is not responsible for packages lost during the shipping process.

Warranty

1. If used according to the instructions but found to be defective, Aha Halo devices and accessories can be replaced or repaired for free within one year.

2. Service and repair are provided after the warranty period. Material and shipping costs will be charged as appropriate.
