To check if a program is completed, simply watch the progress indicator on your device’s screen. The screen will display a purple progress bar updates as the program runs. The progress bar is increasing when program is running.
When the progress bar increases from nothing to a full purple circle, it means the program has completed one run.

However, because Ahahahalo is designed so that once you start a program, this program will run in a loop and will not pause automatically, you need to manually pause it if you want to.

Yes, the gift cards are digital. Once purchased, you will receive a gift card number. When you’re ready to make another purchase, simply go to the gift card page on our website. Just above the “Proceed to checkout” button, you’ll see a prompt to enter your gift card number.

AHA software updates new programs from time to time. If your software doesn’t display the latest programs, the following solutions can help:

If you’ve already downloaded the latest version of the software:

Windows: Press the “Alt” key on your keyboard and click “Software Update” in the AHA software to manually update the program list.

Mac: Press the “Option” key on your keyboard and click “Software Update” in the AHA software to manually update the program list.

To list the programs on your Aha Halo in alphabetical order, please follow the steps below:

1-Connect your Aha Halo to your computer and open the software. Ensure that the device is properly recognized.
2-Click on “File” in the upper left corner of the software, then select “Preferences” from the dropdown menu.
3-A new window will appear with several options. Please check the box labeled “Sort Halo Programs Alphabetically”.
Once enabled, the programs on your Aha Halo will be sorted alphabetically.

Yes, we support installment payments through Klarna. Klarna offers flexible payment options, allowing you to split your order amount into 3, 6, or 12 installments. Specific installment plans and interest rates depend on your credit assessment.

The Klarna payment option on the Aha Harmony website is only available to customers in the United States. Customers from other countries who wish to pay in installments can try using PayPal’s “Pay Later” feature.
